Emotional crowds create dangerous charts.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>7. Identify Your Setup (One of Your Approved Strategies Only)<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ask:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Is this one of the setups in my trading plan<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Does it meet every rule<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Is the entry clear<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Is the stop\u00a0loss obvious<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Is the target realistic<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Do not trade if you are \u201cforcing\u201d a setup.<\/strong><br>If you have to convince yourself, it\u2019s not real.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Summary:<\/strong> <em>Your strategy should appear naturally. If you\u2019re hunting for it, it\u2019s not there.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>8. Final Pre Trade Questions (The Beginner\u2019s Safety Brake)<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ask yourself:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Would I take this trade if it were a demo account<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Would I explain this trade confidently to someone else<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Am I okay if this trade loses<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Does this trade align with my plan, not my emotions<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>If any answer is \u201cno,\u201d do not trade.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Summary:<\/strong> <em>A good trade is one you can justify calmly, even if it loses.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>10. After the Trade (Win or Lose) \u2014 Journal It<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Record:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Why you took the trade<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>What indicators you used<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>What happened<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>What surprised you<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>What you learned<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This is how beginners become competent traders.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>WHEN THE CHECKLIST SAYS DO NOT TRADE\u201d \u2014<\/strong><\/h1>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>A SIMPLE SUMMARY<\/strong><\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You should not trade when:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>You are emotional and major news is imminent<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Volatility is extreme (too high or too low)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Market structure is unclear<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Indicators contradict each other<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sentiment is extreme<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You don\u2019t see a clean setup<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Risk doesn\u2019t make sense<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You cannot justify the trade calmly<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>In short:<br>If the environment is unclear, unstable, or emotional \u2014 step aside.<br><\/strong><br>My real goal is to help people to develop an income from investing that will make their employment optional.
